Spray skillet with non stick spray. Heat to medium and place chicken in pan, meat side down. Season chicken with ½ the Cavender's spices. Reduce heat and flip chicken to meat side up. Pierce meat with a fork and liberally add lemon juice, pepper, rest of the Cavender's spice and paprika. Add Better Than Bouillon Chicken Broth and additional lemon juice. Cover and simmer on low hear for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and turn chicken over. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve with remaining juices as a dip. |
