In a large skillet over Sauté mushrooms in butter. Place Tosca Artichoke Hearts in a prepared casserole dish and cover with tuna. Place mushrooms over tuna. In a saucepan, bring the whipping cream to a boil then simmer until reduced by half. Add Tosca Sherry Cooking Wine to cream and pour in to casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and back in a 375 oven for 20-25 minutes. |
